At some point this evening between 8:30 and 11 o'clock a blank envelope containing the following cryptic communication was slipped under my front door:
It is useless to cajole and flatter
the pubescent water nymphs of the mind
and to praise their lovely white feet
and tell them that you love them only
and that you will love them forever.
It is useless because their lovely white feet
will never splash at the edge of the water.
The note is unsigned. What can this mean?
it means 'i love myself.'
